The Space

The main level features a half bathroom, an open living space with a gas fireplace, a large TV, and an oversized couch and chairs. Adjacent to the living room is a cozy nook for reading or bird watching. Walk through the ornate doorway to the dining area and open kitchen. The kitchen has all the amenities of a home. Off the kitchen, is the large deck that overlooks a stocked pond for catch-and-release fishing, a wooded hillside, and a meadow with occasional wildlife visitors. A short walk from the deck is a 5-person hot tub, a fire ring, and an outdoor gazebo. The main level also features a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a desk.

Head up the floating staircase, and grab a book or a game from the built-in shelving or watch TV. This area also has a comfortable couch and a door that leads to a balcony overlooking the pond. Off the upstairs living area, is the master suite which features a king bed and a full bathroom. The upper level also has the perfect kid's room with three twin trundle beds and a full bathroom.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home except for a couple of locked closets.

If children are staying, guests should supervise children at all times due to the pond's close proximity to the house.
