Places To Eat
During your stay in Yabucoa, you'll have plenty of opportunities to enjoy authentic Puerto Rican food. There is no shortage of tropical choices like fried plantains, crispy pork, savory rice and beans, and of course, piña coladas. The meals in the area are as excellent as one could ask for; it’s difficult to narrow down to just a few choices, but we’ve done our best. Keep in mind, many restaurants and bars in Yabucoa are only open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; luckily, there’s a grocery store only 10 minutes from our residence to keep you well fed.
Things To Do
Yabucoa and the surrounding areas offer so many things to do that you will never have a dull moment. Puerto Rico features exhilarating outdoor experiences and a vibrant island culture that will leave you with memories that will last a lifetime. Once you have done everything you possibly can, you can kick back and relax on one of many scenic beaches. A helpful thing to note is that many excursions here require a ticket, often available the day before, so make sure you don’t miss out!
